A 15-year-old boy has been sentenced to life behind bars with a lowest duration of sixteen years for the killing of another student the victim during a lunch break.
Mohammed Umar Khan pierced the deceased, similarly 15, in the cardiac area with a hunting knife at Sheffield's educational institution in the winter month.
Mrs Justice Naomi Ellenbogen revoked the name suppression order on the killer during the judgment at the judicial building.
Harvey's mother expressed she felt "as if a big load has been lifted off my back" following the sentencing.

Mrs Willgoose stated she was relieved the minimum term had been set above the statutory minimum of 15-year period.

In the court case, the accused testified he had not planned to murder Harvey or cause him significant damage, asserting he could not recall what had happened.
Prosecutors maintained that he had "desired to show he was formidable" and "knew exactly what he was performing".
"You acted as the aggressor and... you acted in pain and fury at what you viewed to be his disloyalty of your relationship," pronounced the court official during the judgment.
All Saints Catholic High School released a statement expressing that the student was "greatly remembered every daytime by the complete learning environment".
