Based on recent figures, the number of individuals reaching 100 in the UK has doubled from 8,300 in 2004 to 16,600 in 2024.

Between 2004 and 2024, the total of men aged 100 or over has increased threefold from 910 to 3,100. During the same timeframe, the amount of women aged 100 or over almost doubled from 7,400 to 13,600.

We are excited to listen to centenarians, their family or close ones, about what it has been like to live through the past century’s transformative changes and developments.
